**Junior Logistics Assistant** ---------------------------------- ### **Job Summary** The Junior Logistics Assistant provides operational support to the logistics department, responsible for organizing information, managing documentation, and tracking operational pending items. Their role ensures administrative routines are executed accurately, contributing to the updating of operational indicators and the smooth functioning of logistics operations. ### **Key Responsibilities and Activities** * Collect operational data from systems or directly from operations, such as loading times, verified quantities, departure times, and absenteeism indicators. * Support the completion, organization, and control of operational forms, material requisitions, service orders, and vehicle and equipment check\-lists. * Track operational pending items, including merchandise returns, delayed or unbilled orders, reporting status and updates to leadership. * Perform digitization and organization of logistics documents, such as invoice stubs and freight manifests, ensuring traceability and proper storage. * Input operational data and reverse logistics records into ERP/WMS systems, ensuring alignment between physical and virtual inventory. * Support administrative routines of logistics operations, ensuring information organization and reliability. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is considered a plus. * Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge, including spreadsheet entry, filters, and simple formulas. * Organized, detail-oriented profile with strong operational execution capability. * Prior experience in administrative, logistics, inventory, or warehouse routines is desirable. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with data collectors and scanners. * Basic knowledge of ERP or WMS systems. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
