Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing the Quality Management System, identifying and addressing non-conformities, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring product and process excellence. Development of Technical Specifications and inspection of raw materials Description: * Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Availability to work 100% on-site in Monte Mor/SP; * Experience in supplier management; * Experience with integrated functional Quality Management Systems. * Ensure product excellence and process effectiveness within the organization through Quality Management System management, identification, analysis, and resolution of non-conformities, and promotion of continuous improvement, aiming at customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and waste reduction; * Evaluate new suppliers against quality criteria during the qualification process, verifying compliance with established requirements. Propose improvement or corrective actions in cases of partial compliance. Conduct periodic re-evaluations of already qualified suppliers; * Issue Non-Conformities (NCs) to material suppliers in cases of quality deviations, monitoring implementation of required Corrective Actions (CAs); * Request technical visits from suppliers to resolve issues and improve processes. Monitor technical visits and generate reports and action plans; * Develop Technical Specifications for Raw Materials aligned with product and process specifications, establishing reference standards; * Inspect incoming critical raw materials (non-woven fabric, polyethylene film, cellulose, and packaging), ensuring compliance with technical specifications and issuing non-conformities in case of deviations; 2511280202191891327
