Job Summary: This role provides technical support for assembly, adjusts machines, and prepares engineering documentation to optimize processes and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in improving the quality and performance of assembly lines. **Stanley Electric do Brasil** **Who We Are** Operating in the automotive equipment, components, and electronic applications sectors, Stanley Electric continuously contributes to building a more efficient daily life and a safer future through innovation in lighting technology. **Responsibilities:** Provide support to the Assembly Department by performing mechanical, electronic, and parameter adjustments on assembly machines, thermal/vibration welding equipment, adhesive/glue application systems, and any other tasks requiring Engineering Department support. Prepare process documentation such as work instructions, device checklists, schedules, and any other documents involving the Engineering Department. Assist in preparing documents including defect/failure action plans, capability studies, root cause analyses, and production problem resolutions. Manage the department’s management system through related documents and forms. Demonstrate analytical capability to solve problems, aiming to improve product quality, reduce line downtime, and enhance assembly line performance. Support the development, construction, and installation of fixtures/equipment for new projects and lines. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Availability to work on the 2nd or 3rd shift (Monday to Friday). Intermediate English proficiency **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in electrical installation/maintenance.
