IT Coordinator The IT Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and quality of operational processes, guaranteeing the delivery of technology services aligned with customer needs. Key responsibilities include supervising IT operations, coordinating technical teams, optimizing processes, managing projects and infrastructure, maintaining relationships with customers and partners, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards. The following competencies are required to perform this role: **Knowledge** **IT Infrastructure:** In-depth knowledge of servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and information security.
