We are looking for someone who goes beyond operational execution. We expect a person capable of identifying problems before they become incidents, proposing continuous improvements, and contributing to the scalability of the company’s financial processes. You will be a key link connecting operations, technology, product, customer support, and finance—ensuring our financial flows are secure, efficient, and sustainable for platform growth. ### **Responsibilities** What you will do * Execute and monitor **financial reconciliation** processes, ensuring transaction accuracy and traceability * Analyze financial and operational data to identify inconsistencies, improvement opportunities, and risks * Support the CX team in resolving financial incidents with agility and root-cause analysis * Actively contribute to **process structuring and documentation**, proposing data-driven improvements * Organize and present results clearly and objectively to internal stakeholders * Collaborate with product, technology, and support teams to enhance payment workflows ### **Expected Outcomes (First 3 Months)** What we expect in your first 3 months * Master existing processes and deliver consistently with quality * Identify and propose optimization for at least one critical process within the area * Map at least one opportunity to improve customer experience without compromising security or operational efficiency * Support resolution of at least one incident alongside the CX team with increasing autonomy * Present your activities and results in a structured manner, demonstrating analytical insight ### **️ Hard Skills (Technical Competencies)** Hard Skills — what you need to bring **Required:** * Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Data Validation, simple automations) * Knowledge of financial systems, payment methods, and/or banking * Analytical ability to work with data, identify patterns, and make evidence-based decisions * Experience with financial reconciliation and payment processing **Preferred:** * Familiarity with BI or data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Looker, or similar) * **Daily use of AI in work** — whether to automate repetitive tasks, structure analyses, or accelerate problem resolution.
