We offer end\-to\-end solutions that cover all aspects of data transformation to the use of AI and Machine Learning algorithms. ### **Role Overview** We are seeking a detail\-oriented Data Analyst to support clients in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will clean, analyze, and visualize data to solve business problems, improve decision\-making, and communicate findings to non\-technical stakeholders. This role emphasizes data storytelling, accuracy, and client collaboration. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Data Preparation \& Analysis:** * + Clean, validate, and structure raw data from multiple sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, APIs). + Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. + Use SQL and tools like Python for basic statistical analysis. + Document workflows and ensure data quality standards. * **Visualization \& Reporting:** * + Design interactive dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and reports to communicate insights. + Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients. * **Client Collaboration:** * + Work closely with clients to define business questions and KPIs. + Present insights to stakeholders in workshops or presentations. ### **Required Skills** * **Technical Skills:** * + Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. + Experience working with DBT (Data Build Tool) or similar. + Data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). + Basic scripting in Python. + Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). * **Soft Skills:** * + Strong communication skills to explain insights to non\-technical audiences. + Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail. + Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines. + Knows how to deal with ambiguity in a fast growing startup. * **Experience:** * + Solid experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. + Portfolio of past projects showcasing dashboards/reports (shareable examples preferred). + Education in quantitative fields such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering. * **Fluency in English:** * + We work with clients from all over the world, so English is a must have. ### **What we offer** * Innovative work environment: Collaborative, remote culture with the opportunity to grow with the company. * Founder experience: Participate in the creation of a rapidly growing data startup. * Great challenges: Chance to work with large companies in real estate, mining, construction, and more industries.
