### **About the Position** As a Senior Information Security professional, you will play a strategic role in defining and implementing the security practices that underpin our platform. You will be responsible for designing robust architectures, implementing technical and regulatory controls, and leading initiatives that ensure the protection of our customers and partners. This position requires hands\-on execution as well as strategic vision: you will serve as the bridge between technology, product, and compliance, ensuring security is embedded from solution design through daily operations. Here, security is not a checklist — it is culture. We seek someone who questions assumptions, proposes improvements, and influences the team so that every technical decision is guided by a security\-first mindset. ### **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the technical authority on information security, translating business and compliance requirements into solid, scalable solutions. * Design and validate secure, sustainable cloud architectures (GCP, AWS, Kubernetes). * Implement application security practices: secure coding, code reviews, and integration of SAST/DAST into CI/CD pipelines. * Define and maintain IAM policies (multi\-factor authentication, RBAC, identity provider integrations). * Ensure API and service protection (rate limiting, OAuth2, JWT, API Gateway). * Conduct continuous monitoring and incident response using SIEM, SOAR, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). * Manage data encryption in transit and at rest, as well as secrets and keys (Vault, Secret Manager). * Operate container and supply chain security: image scanning, runtime protection, and vulnerability management. * Implement and monitor infrastructure security controls: firewalls, WAF, CloudFlare, and network protection. * Participate in Red Team/Purple Team exercises to test defenses. * Apply AI\-driven automation to optimize processes, detect anomalies, and accelerate response. ### **What We’re Looking For:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields. A postgraduate degree in Cybersecurity or related areas is desirable. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technology with a focus on Information/Cyber Security. * Risk mindset: ability to balance security with business agility. * Clear communication: translate technical risks into business impact for executives and investors. * Security culture: ability to train and raise awareness among development and operations teams. * Collaborative work: integrate with DevOps, Engineering, and Product teams to embed security from the outset (shift\-left security). * Compliance and regulation: knowledge of LGPD, PCI, BCB Resolutions No. 85 and No. 89, ISO/IEC 27001, 27002, and 22301, NIST, OWASP. * Analytical, structured, and collaborative profile, with excellent technical and business communication skills. * Ability to make data\-driven decisions and foster alignment across teams. * Practical use of AI tools for productivity, code review, and automation. ### **Nice to Have:** * Experience in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, telecom). * Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture. * Familiarity with digital fraud and real\-time attack protection (phishing, account takeover, bot mitigation). * Ability to develop incident response playbooks. * Relevant certifications: CISM, CISSP, CISA, ISO/IEC 27001 (Foundation, Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer), CompTIA Security\+, CEH, CHFI, CCSP.
