We believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion of professionals regardless of disability, race/ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, origin, or family composition. **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Collaborate with the team and interpret business needs, suggesting solutions and new development approaches; * Assist in building the architecture defined for the project; * Develop front-end based on layouts produced by the UX team; * Develop and manage databases; * Develop the APIs required for the project; * Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency; * Diagnose, debug, and update software; * Define security and data protection measures; * Write technical documentation; * Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies; * Collaborate with designers and other developers to create intuitive user interfaces; * Implement back-end APIs and services; * Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness; * Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes; * Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js; * Knowledge of back-end development with Node.js, Python, Java, or other relevant languages; * Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL); * Experience writing unit tests; * Familiarity with source code versioning tools such as Git. **Soft Skills:** * + Strong communication + Critical thinking + Time management + Proactivity + Self-development + Customer and quality orientation * Problem-solving skills and attention to detail; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. **Additional Information** **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
