Support the Finance Executive Team in strategic decision-making A road passenger transportation company is seeking a Controller professional in Goiânia. **Responsibilities:** Lead the Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable departments. Restructure the Accounting department and implement the Accounts Receivable structure in Goiânia. Establish and standardize financial and accounting processes. Consolidate financial and accounting information to generate management indicators. Analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose changes to enhance operational and financial efficiency. Develop and monitor economic, financial, and accounting indicators. Support the Finance Executive Team in strategic decision-making through analytical reports and management dashboards. Ensure the quality, reliability, and timeliness of financial information. Drive continuous improvement of internal controls and departmental processes. Participate in the company's financial restructuring strategies jointly with the Executive Team. Will not be responsible for Treasury functions, which remain under separate management. Previous experience as a Financial Controller Analyst, Controller Manager, Controller Coordinator, or Controller Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
