Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate and drive continuous improvement initiatives and productivity enhancement, ensuring operational efficiency, process standardization, and a culture of excellence aligned with business strategies. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Agricultural, Industrial, or related fields) Experience in team management and continuous improvement and/or productivity projects Experience in performance indicator analysis and performance management Knowledge of Lean methodologies and quality tools Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency Willingness to travel Driver's license category B Residence in Campinas or willingness to relocate **Preferred qualifications:** Postgraduate degree or specialization in the field Lean / Six Sigma certifications **Experience with BI tools (e.g.:** Power BI) With a 55-year history, we have established ourselves as one of the leading dealership groups in the interior of Brazil, recognized for excellence in vehicles and services.
