**Full job description** See how the job details align with your profile. **Job type:** Permanent / CLT / Full-time. **Salary:** R$ 2\.146,00 per month. **Shift and working hours:** · Monday to Saturday. · Schedule to be agreed upon (8 hours per day). **Location:** Centro – Florianópolis / SC. **Benefits:** * VR Card \- Meal allowance (after 3 months). * Dental plan (after 3 months). **Description:** · This professional will assist the baker in producing and processing dry bakery items, preparing breads, sweets, toppings, sandwiches, and similar products. · Baking and frying. · Ensuring expiration date control for all handled products, producing with quality and safety. · Assisting with general activities related to the production department. · Maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the department. **Requirements:** · Experience in food production and/or similar activities. · Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, and dough machines. · Knowledge of food safety practices. · Excellent time management skills. · Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. · Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude. **About the job:** * Remuneration of R$ 2\.146,00 * Transportation allowance. * The company provides snacks, lunch, and allows employees to take bread home after work. **Experience:** · Experience in food production and/or similar activities. **Location:** Centro de Florianópolis, Conselheiro Mafra 707\.
