Architect - Projects

Description

**Kingline** is seeking a Junior or Mid-level Architect to join the Projects team, working on technical development and management of architectural deliverables in interface with multidisciplinary teams. We seek an analytical, organized, and quality-oriented professional capable of contributing to the development of technical solutions aligned with client requirements, schedules, and the company's internal standards. Key Responsibilities * Develop and coordinate architectural projects across various phases (conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documentation); * Prepare technical documentation, construction drawings, and project specifications; * Support coordination and integration among disciplines involved in project development; * Participate in quality control of deliverables, ensuring compliance with technical standards and internal processes; * Monitor revisions and manage document control; * Develop and update models in a BIM environment; * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and standardization of departmental deliverables; * Attend internal technical meetings and client meetings as required. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture and Urban Planning**; * Experience in project development and detailing; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**; * Knowledge of interpretation and preparation of technical documentation; * Strong organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills. Desirable Qualifications (Preferred) * Knowledge or experience with BIM methodology; * Familiarity with Autodesk Revit; * Experience in multidisciplinary coordination; * Knowledge of complementary design and coordination tools; * Experience in corporate, industrial, or project management environments.
