Are you detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about processes that deliver results? **10 Pastéis**, Brazil's largest pastel chain, is seeking an Operational Assistant to strengthen our support for franchisees and ensure the quality our customers love! **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * **Franchisee Support:** Serve as the franchisee’s right-hand person, answering questions regarding brand usage, systems, and operational processes. * **Brand Guardian:** Monitor unit standardization (from layout to preparation methods) in accordance with our manuals. * **Expansion and Implementation:** Support the timeline for opening new stores, tracking equipment checklists and training schedules. * **Supply Chain Management:** Monitor compliance with approved suppliers and assist in inventory control and order deadlines. * **Systems Management:** Manage price updates and registration of new products across the entire network. **What we’re looking for (Requirements and Skills):** * **Keen Eye:** Ability to quickly identify deviations from standards. * **Diplomatic Communication:** Skill in engaging respectfully yet firmly with business owners (franchisees) on network rules. * **Organization:** Basic Excel proficiency for project management and store-opening timelines. * **Agility and Flexibility:** Capacity to rapidly adapt to new marketing campaigns and process changes. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in Franchising or Food & Beverage sectors. * Proactive mindset focused on solving issues before they escalate. **Additional Information:** * **Compensation:** R$ 1.800,00 per month. * **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, and Transportation Voucher. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday. * **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Why join 10 Pastéis?** Become part of an award-winning, rapidly expanding network that values innovation in the quick-service food industry. **Interested?** Send your resume to *rh@10pasteis.com.br* with the subject line "Operational Assistant Position \- 10 Pastéis".
