**About the Position** ------------------- The Application Change Management Systems Engineer will be responsible for ensuring system integrity and coordinating, together with other global IT support teams, all activities related to change management in complex corporate environments, with a primary focus on SAP systems. This position plays a strategic role in change governance, ensuring that all changes are planned, controlled, implemented, and monitored according to established processes, thereby guaranteeing the stability, availability, and compliance of production environments. The professional will operate in a global environment, collaborating with technical, functional, and project teams distributed across different regions, supporting critical operations and large-scale change processes. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Provide support for the global change management process (Follow The Sun – FTS) for SAP environments. * Coordinate activities related to change freeze periods, production migration windows, SAP upgrades, and system renewals. * Utilize SAP Solution Manager, SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM), Focused Build, and SAP Transport Management System (STMS) to manage and control changes across more than 30 three-tier environments, as well as N\+1\ environments. * Act as a member of a global team using AGILE methodology. * Implement and maintain change management controls and practices to ensure SAP system integrity, stability, and availability. * Investigate and resolve incidents and issues related to change management across all SAP environments. * Conduct daily communication with technical, functional, and process teams on a global scale. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to increase operational efficiency and the quality of support delivered. * Serve as the primary point of contact between business teams, technical teams, and project teams for change planning and scheduling. * Support change management initiatives related to projects and operational demands. * Participate in out-of-business-hours support activities, per the global on-call schedule, including limited weekend support when required. * Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) processes. **Technical Requirements** ----------------------- ### **Required Experience** * Experience in application change management and governance of complex corporate environments. * Hands-on experience in large-scale SAP environments. * Experience in controlling, planning, and executing transports and changes across multiple environments. * Experience working in global teams and multicultural environments. * Experience in operational support processes and incident management related to changes. ### **Mandatory Knowledge** * SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM and Focused Build) * SAP Transport Management System (STMS) * SAP (general knowledge) * ServiceNow (general knowledge) * Microsoft Office * SharePoint ### **Desirable Knowledge** * LiveCompare * SAP BASIS * ServiceNow development * Script development experience **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Strong orientation toward operational and functional excellence. * Commitment to quality and productivity. * Knowledge of and adherence to agile methodologies. * Awareness and sensitivity regarding information security and confidentiality. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Fluent English for communication in a global environment. * Strong analytical capability and ability to interpret complex scenarios. * Ability to work effectively in teams and coordinate activities among multiple stakeholders. * Sense of responsibility, commitment, and ownership. * Proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented profile. * Customer service and service quality orientation. * Decision-making capability based on analysis and business impact. * Good self-organization and task management. * Ability to perform under pressure in critical, high-availability environments. **Ideal Profile** ---------------- We seek professionals with solid experience in change management and governance of SAP environments, capable of operating in a global, highly collaborative context focused on operational stability.
