Responsibilities: * Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. * Demonstrate and sell products. * Organize and restock merchandise on shelves. * Maintain an organized and attractive store environment for customers. * Contribute to achieving the store's sales targets. You will work with products focused on parties and baking, including: * Ingredients for baking and general confectionery production * Party and event decoration supplies * Seasonal products: Carnival, Easter, Festa Junina, Halloween, Christmas, and New Year * Colorful disposable party items, such as cups, plates, cutlery, and themed accessories * Packaging for gifts, sweets, cakes, and general confectionery * Stationery and complementary decorative items \-\> If you love parties and sweet gastronomy, this department will allow you to use your imagination to create amazing and delicious celebrations for your customers — always respecting their preferences and purchasing power. It’s about naturally and respectfully enhancing the customer experience! Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts — from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM or from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Saturdays, from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM or from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Sales-based bonuses, starting from R$300.00 per month and potentially exceeding this amount. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Immediate start.
