Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Logistics Assistant to work in a pharmaceutical distribution center, contributing to the efficiency of logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure organization and efficiency in the flow of goods **We are looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Assistant to work in our pharmaceutical distribution center, contributing to the efficiency of logistics operations and ensuring that products are picked, stored, and moved correctly. The professional will be responsible for supporting department routines while maintaining organization and efficiency in the flow of goods.** **Schedule: 12 PM to 10 PM.** **Main Responsibilities:** * **Order Picking:** Pick products according to orders using data collectors and following established standards. * **Goods Handling:** Transport, organize, and store boxes and products in inventory, performing physically demanding tasks including lifting weights. * **Inventory Organization:** Keep products organized on shelves and in storage areas, ensuring easy identification and access. * **Product Verification:** Assist in verifying incoming and outgoing goods, checking quantities and product integrity. * **Equipment Usage:** Operate data collectors and other equipment used in daily logistics activities. * **Good Practices:** Follow standards and procedures related to pharmaceutical storage and handling. * **Operational Support:** Provide support for other logistics department activities, contributing to smooth operational performance. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in logistics, preferably in the **pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical products sector** * Experience with **order picking and data collector usage** * **Knowledge of the ***Infarma*** system will be considered an advantage** * Strong organizational skills and agility * Availability for physically demanding tasks Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
