Today, we are leaders in fresh convenience across the State of São Paulo, with over 700 employees who share the same purpose. ### ### **Responsibilities:** * Conduct scheduled visits to customers, identifying needs and proposing solutions. * Follow operational procedures, ensuring food quality, regulatory compliance, and safety. * Identify temperature-related risks along the distribution chain and record information in the Clicq system. * Collect pricing data for La Vita and competitors, and monitor product stockouts in stores. * Negotiate daily with active customers, encouraging purchases and bonus points. * Align sales targets with internal sales representatives and track orders to ensure product availability. * Analyze customer portfolio reports and performance metrics, proposing actions to increase market share. * Conduct sales follow-up and post-sales activities to strengthen sustainable negotiations. * Negotiate in-store display space and guide customers on La Vita’s layout standards. * Conduct tastings and suggest product portfolio options for new customers. * Comply with occupational safety guidelines and maintain confidentiality of information. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; undergraduate studies in progress are desirable. * Valid CNH Category B driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Preferred knowledge of cold chain logistics and basic trade marketing concepts. * Must reside in **Campinas** or **Valinhos.** ### **Benefits:** * Variable compensation; * Meal allowance up to BRL 800.00; * Food voucher; * Dental plan — Uniodonto; * Kilometer reimbursement; * Totalpass; * Life insurance.
