To date, we’ve raised \+R$400 million in investment rounds from funds including Canary, Bicycle, Picus, Globo Ventures, Astela, and Norte Ventures. **Our purpose is to empower businesses that put food on the table — by simplifying the planet’s most essential sector.** **About the role:** As a **Partnership Growth Executive \- Farmer**, your mission is to serve as the distributor’s primary strategic partner at Cayena — ensuring they not only activate but thrive and achieve their monthly revenue targets. **Responsibilities:** * Manage a portfolio of Cayena distributors, accelerating their revenue growth and expanding their product offerings on the platform. * Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and design customized growth strategies for each partnership. * Present action plans to distributors and negotiate the implementation of promotions, catalog optimizations, and campaigns. * Build strong, long-term relationships with distributors, positioning Cayena as a true business partner — not merely a sales channel. * Use our CRM to manage your daily workflow, ensuring disciplined execution of check\-ins and growth initiatives. * Collaborate closely with the Hunters team, providing valuable market insights and partner performance feedback to refine our prospecting strategy. **Technical Competencies:** * Proficiency in CRM systems and Google tools (Sheets and Slides). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and discipline to manage a client portfolio with excellence. * Hands\-on profile, results-oriented, with an owner’s mindset. * Strong analytical ability to translate data into concrete actions. * Negotiation skills and capacity to build trusted relationships. **Other Requirements:** * Experience in the Food Service market is a significant advantage. * Willingness to work 100% on-site. **Benefits:** Beyond the Guaranteed Benefits package — benefits common to all — each Pepper receives a set number of points to allocate across Flexible Benefits of their choice, customizing their own benefit package!
