Assist the tire technician in tire and axle replacements within the system to keep the entire fleet updated. Support tire replacement and retreading operations for trucks, sugarcane trucks, tractors, cars, and the entire fleet, as required by current demand and needs. Monitor purchases and manage tire retreading inventory, always maintaining a reserve stock to handle unexpected events. Perform preventive inspections of all fleet tires (off-season) together with the tire technician. Calibrate tire pressure on all equipment tires as required. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Availability to work rotating shifts. Knowledge of light vehicle and implement tire maintenance is a plus.
