Job Summary: This professional will ensure ethical procurement processes aimed at achieving the lowest cost, shortest lead time, and highest quality, while also prospecting suppliers, negotiating terms, monitoring deliveries, and continuously reducing costs. Key Highlights: 1. Ethical conduct in procurement processes for materials and services. 2. Supplier negotiation and prospecting to optimize costs. 3. Monitoring of procurement and merchandise return processes. **QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:** * Education: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Requirements: ▪ Residency in ITU/SALTO (on-site position) ▪ Experience in medium- and large-volume procurement processes ▪ Advanced Excel proficiency ▪ Prior experience in the civil construction sector is desirable **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure procurement processes comply with the company’s ethical principles, targeting the lowest cost while meeting established standards for delivery timelines and product/service quality; * Procure materials and services following internal procedures — supplier prospecting, quotation mapping, negotiation, proposal evaluation, purchase order issuance, delivery follow-up, and verification of documents for invoicing; * Provide data to support negotiation of draft contracts/agreements among internal clients, suppliers, legal department, and management; * Continuously reduce costs through negotiations, inclusion of new suppliers, new material types, services, and technologies; * Monitor merchandise return processes; conduct technical visits to suppliers and service providers. **IMPORTANT PERSONAL TRAITS:** Discreet, strong communication skills, organizational ability, energy, proactivity, dynamism, good interpersonal relationships, systemic vision, sense of priority, teamwork orientation, and negotiation skills. **Job Location** — Itu/SP **Salary** — To be negotiated (We will work with candidate’s salary expectations) **Benefits** — Food Basket, Group Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, and Health Plan **Working Hours** — Business hours Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.885,76 — R$5.323,98 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
