Responsible for receiving, storing, displaying, and restocking products such as cheeses, cured meats, butter, and similar items, ensuring quality, freshness, expiration dates, and proper presentation. Performs cleaning and sanitation of the department, monitors equipment temperature and product preservation in accordance with food safety regulations. Provides courteous customer service at the counter, assisting with product selection and answering questions. Requires completion of elementary education, attention to detail, proactivity, and availability to work on rotating shifts.
