




Job Summary: This role involves managing operational materials, including receiving, organizing, inventorying, and preparing them for transfer, ensuring warehouse cleanliness and organization. Inventory verification and discrepancy reporting **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and/or related fields; * Postgraduate studies in strategic procurement management and/or related fields (preferred, ongoing); * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Prior experience in the field; * Counting skills; * Basic knowledge of inventory and stock control; * Valid driver's license (CNH) required; * Willingness to travel. **Responsibilities:** * Receive, verify, and organize operational materials in the warehouse; * Conduct periodic inventories of stored operational materials; * Receive and unload operational materials; * Identify and label materials; * Sort and prepare materials according to transfer requests for contracts; * Compare physical inventories with internal system records, identifying and reporting discrepancies; * Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and ensure a safe working environment; **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Dental insurance; * Onhappy travel platform **Working Hours:** * 44 hours per week (on-site).
