Responsible for receiving, storing, displaying, and restocking products such as cheeses, cured meats, butter, and similar items, ensuring their quality, freshness, shelf life, and proper presentation. Performs cleaning and sanitation of the department, monitors equipment temperature and product storage conditions in accordance with food safety regulations. Provides courteous counter service to customers, assists them in product selection, and answers questions. Requires completion of elementary education, attention to detail, proactivity, and availability to work on rotating shifts.
