Job Summary: Professional to supervise and control production planning, optimize processes, and lead the PCP team. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and control production planning 2. Develop process improvements and internal controls Responsibilities: \* Supervise and control production planning according to commercial demand and manufacturing capacity; \* Develop and monitor production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery; \* Conduct productive capacity analysis, identify bottlenecks, and assess resource requirements; \* Control inventory levels of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods; \* Monitor production performance indicators (OTIF, productivity, efficiency, losses, delays, etc.); \* Integrate information across Commercial, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse departments; \* Ensure correct sequencing of production orders; \* Monitor procurement needs in coordination with the Supply department; \* Manage priorities and perform production replanning; \* Lead the PCP team, promoting organization, discipline, and results orientation; \* Develop process improvements and internal controls; \* Participate in strategic production and S\&OP meetings; \* Ensure ERP data accuracy and up-to-dateness.
