Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, team performance, inventory organization, process compliance, and logistics operational flow. Identify and resolve operational discrepancies, inventory inconsistencies, and supervise loading, verification, transfers, and internal movements. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Operations Leader, Transportation Manager, or Supply Chain Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Technical qualification required.
