Senior BI Specialist

Description

We are seeking a professional to develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support decision-making and enhance visibility into key business metrics. This role will play a strategic part in advancing the organization’s business intelligence and analytics initiatives, partnering across departments to transform data into insights, efficiency gains, and continuous improvement. The role will work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to enhance reporting, automate processes, and support building an increasingly strategic analytics environment for the business. Requirements: Academic Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies or a master’s degree will be considered a plus. * Experience in data analysis, analytics, or report development. * Experience in industrial environments. Technical Competencies: * Creation of visualizations and dashboards using Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau. * Data extraction and manipulation using SQL, R, or Python. * Knowledge of Machine Learning and cloud-based development platforms (a plus). * Practical experience with Salesforce Administration will be valued. * Ability to translate complex topics into clear and objective analyses. * Strong understanding of business metrics and requirements, with a focus on data-driven solutions.
