Team collaboration to ensure fresh products on display. * Customer Service and Sales Counter Service: Greet customers courteously, clarify questions about products (breads, cakes, savory snacks), and offer suggestions. Preparation and Weighing: Slice breads and cakes, cut cold cuts, package, weigh, and label items according to customer orders. Cash Register Operation: Enter purchases into the system, process payments (cash, card, Pix), provide change, and issue fiscal receipts. * Requirements and Best Practices Personal Hygiene: Mandatory use of clean uniforms, protective hairnets, and gloves when handling food. Professional Demeanor: Be courteous, avoid using mobile phones during working hours, and maintain clear, empathetic communication with customers. Teamwork: Collaborate with bakers and production assistants to ensure products are baked and placed on display promptly.
