From 08:00 to 17:20, flexible **Level:** Management and Executive **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **We are seeking a Store Manager to work at BONAMIX ÁGUAS LINDAS.** **Responsibilities:** * Manage store operations, focusing on wholesale-retail sales; * Directly manage inventory, purchasing, and restocking; * Lead, train, and develop the team, ensuring productivity and goal achievement; * Work directly on the sales floor, monitoring the team and operations in real time; * Track performance metrics (sales, margin, losses, average transaction value); * Perform financial control of the unit, including cash flow and results; * Ensure excellent customer service, with emphasis on customer retention; * Maintain store organization and cleanliness, strategic layout, and product display; * Guarantee product quality and compliance with sanitary regulations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in store management within the supermarket, wholesale, food retail, or wholesale-retail sectors; * Knowledge of team management, performance metrics, and inventory control; * Understanding of margin, product turnover, and pricing; * Proficiency with basic computer tools and management systems; * Strong communication skills, leadership profile, and results orientation; * Availability to work rotating 6x1 schedule, including Sundays. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, Internal benefits, Performance bonus
