Opportunity in a sector that values care for life **Shipping Assistant** **Position Objective** Ensure accurate order picking, verification, packaging, and shipment, safeguarding medication integrity, strict adherence to deadlines, and compliance with sanitary regulations. **Your Main Responsibilities** **1\. Picking and Verification:** * Pick orders according to the shipping manifest and priorities. * Rigorously verify batch number, expiration date, quantity, and drug presentation. * Ensure full traceability of shipped products. **2\. Packaging and Preparation:** * Prepare secure packaging according to each item's specifications (including **temperature-sensitive** products). * Label packages and organize fiscal documents for carrier pickup. * Ensure orders are ready within the carriers' departure time window. **3\. Logistics Interface:** * Receive drivers, coordinate pickups, and verify package quantities upon collection. * Ensure proper organization of delivery receipts and signed proof-of-delivery documents. **4\. Organization and Control:** * Maintain an organized shipping area compliant with ANVISA standards. * Support rotating inventory counts and report discrepancies to leadership. **What We Seek (Requirements)** * **Prior experience** in shipping, logistics, or warehousing. * Solid hands-on experience with **goods verification**. * **Preferred:** Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector or with regulated products. * Completed high school education. **Behavioral Competencies** * **Extreme attention to detail** (focus on batch number and expiration date is critical). * Operational discipline and agility. * Strong sense of urgency and accountability. * Team-oriented mindset.
