If you identify with our story, join our team! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Preparing quotations for products requested by customers; * Identifying business opportunities and reporting them to superiors; * Monitoring company websites to import purchase orders; * Drafting correspondence to customers and representatives; * Supporting the Sales Coordinator and Commercial Manager; * Registering and updating new customers in the information system; * Receiving customer orders and entering them into the system, tracking the process until delivery; * Prospecting customers via website research, visits, and referrals; * Conducting post-sales follow-up for assigned accounts, evaluating product application, part performance, delivery timelines, and service quality; * Supporting representatives by handling administrative tasks and formalizing sales; * Preparing and tracking quotations sent for sale formalization and execution; * Providing technical guidance and requesting technical support from responsible departments when necessary; * Ensuring reliability of customer-related and registration-related information; * Guaranteeing customer satisfaction in service delivery; * Suggesting improvements and products, sizing tools according to each customer’s process; * Supporting other departmental activities. **Requirements** -------------- **We seek professionals who have:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in sales; * Completion of courses in customer service, negotiation, sales techniques, or related fields is considered an advantage. **Interested in this position?** --------------------------- Apply now and take the next step in your career!
