Prior experience working with ERP systems; Familiarity with Strategic Sourcing concepts and procurement compliance. * Responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective flow of goods and services acquisition processes—from requisition to final delivery—acting as the central liaison among requesting departments, suppliers, and warehouse, while ensuring internal procedural compliance and continuous improvement. * Procurement Lifecycle Management (End-to-End): Receive and analyze Material Requisitions (MRs) and service requests, ensuring clarity of specifications and correct classification; * Responsible for placing and tracking purchase orders and deliveries from initiation to completion, interacting with suppliers and internal departments to mitigate delay risks; * Supplier Management: Support supplier qualification by collecting documentation, performing initial registration reviews, and ensuring partners meet the company’s quality and compliance criteria. * Maintain up-to-date supplier records in the system (ERP). * Process and Compliance Stewardship: Act as the steward of the procurement process, safeguarding adherence to internal policies and procedures across all stakeholders. * Ability to respect, implement, and enhance both new and existing procurement and workflow processes within the Supply Chain function. * Cross-functional Integration and Support: Understand the needs of coordinators and requesting departments to translate them into efficient acquisition processes. * Support the definition of warehouse processes and controls, ensuring synergy between Procurement and inventory management. 2511190202461875867
