We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, and religion. **Job Description** Request quotations; Negotiate and purchase indirect materials and services from domestic and international suppliers; Issue purchase orders via ERP system, monitor approval—providing clarifications when necessary—and send approved orders to suppliers; Develop and execute local supplier development plans for imported items; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP ERP system; Analyze cost breakdowns of received quotations; Issue purchase orders via ERP system, monitor approval, and send approved orders to suppliers; Audit, develop, and qualify new suppliers; Strategically plan supplier engagements—whether for cost reduction or price adjustment (increase) negotiations. **Qualifications** * Experience in procurement within the automotive environment (preferably with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers), strategic contract negotiation, and knowledge of automotive component markets. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., SAP)/TOTVS, negotiation techniques, and strong interpersonal skills. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills—including KPI analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and ABC curve analysis. * Contract management and KPI monitoring. * Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, RFI, RFP, RFQ. * Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and Lean Manufacturing. * Knowledge of indirect materials procurement and management, logistics, and transportation. * Other Skills: **Agility, dynamism**, versatility, and strong interpersonal skills.
