Obtain price quotations and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal purchasing terms. Manage inventory of materials and equipment, monitoring stock levels and initiating replenishment when necessary. Previous experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Procurement Assistant, Junior Buyer, or Purchasing Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position.
