We value a human, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your missions will be to safeguard our culture. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Process procurement and service requests for construction sites within agreed or established deadlines; Collect product and service prices from suppliers while adhering to Quality Management System requirements; Prepare competitive bidding documents for approval by the department manager; Generate purchase orders; Monitor the purchase order approval process and subsequently forward approved orders to suppliers to ensure timely delivery to construction sites; Monitor product deliveries to ensure conformity of both delivery and products; Identify new products, suppliers, and service providers meeting construction site needs and Quality Management System requirements; Monitor direct invoicing from third-party companies. Requirements: **Technical Requirements** Education: Technical School Diploma Experience in the role Negotiation – Ability to strategically negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and terms with suppliers. Market Knowledge – Understanding of market trends, costs, and availability of materials or services. Contract and Supplier Management – Ability to draft, monitor, and evaluate contracts and partnerships. Procurement Planning and Control – Analytical vision to forecast demand and prevent shortages or overstocking. Basic Finance and Cost Concepts – Understanding of margins, key performance indicators, and procurement’s impact on budgeting. Proficiency in systems and spreadsheets – Excel and supply chain management tools. Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., TOTVS, Sienge, etc.) – Ability to generate reports, register orders, and efficiently manage procurement workflows.
