




Job Summary: A procurement professional to manage quotations, suppliers, negotiations, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance and internal support. Key Highlights: 1. Lead supplier quotations, prospecting, and strategic negotiations. 2. Evaluate, approve, and maintain qualified suppliers, including ISO 9001 certified ones. 3. Support internal customers and resolve procurement-related issues. **Key Responsibilities:** ● Conduct spot quotations, supplier prospecting and development, strategic negotiations, and order follow-up, ensuring optimal commercial terms regarding cost, delivery time, and quality. ● Perform daily handling and reconciliation of discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders. ● Provide timely and accurate support to internal customers, aligning with the company’s procurement policy. ● Evaluate, approve, and maintain qualified suppliers aligned with internal standards and certifications such as ISO 9001\. ● Make prompt and accurate decisions in unexpected situations to ensure operational continuity and resolution of purchase order-related issues. ● Analyze the overall supply chain landscape and make strategic decisions contributing to the company’s financial objectives. **Required Qualifications:** ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or related fields. ● Prior experience in procurement (indirect materials and services). ● Knowledge of fiscal, tax, and regulatory requirements to ensure procurement process compliance. ● Experience working in ISO-certified companies is a plus.
