Join us on this journey. **\#JoinSynvia** **Responsibilities and Duties** We count on you to: * Lead the production and warehouse team in achieving daily goals; * Organize activity schedules and task distribution within the department; * Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy; * Ensure quality of production processes and operational standards; * Manage updates of technical documents and control spreadsheets; * Coordinate physical movement of materials and supplies; * Provide support to internal customers and external suppliers; * Monitor driver logistics and delivery scheduling; * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet; * Deliver technical and behavioral training to the team; * Implement continuous improvement projects and process flow optimization initiatives within the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Seek:** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: Technical education or complementary courses in production, logistics, or people management; * Preferred: Experience in operational leadership; * Experience in organizing production routines, inventory control, and performance indicator tracking; * Microsoft Office – intermediate level (especially Excel); * Prior knowledge of laboratory routines or kit assembly in the healthcare sector is desirable. **Additional Information** **Work Unit:** * Campinas/SP. **Work Schedule:** * 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Monday to Friday **What Benefits We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Parking (subject to availability); * Health Insurance with no monthly fee for the employee, including co-payment for exams and consultations; * Dental Plan with co-payment for the monthly fee; * Life Insurance at no cost to the employee; * Flexible Meal/Voucher; * Pharmacy Partnership; * Synvia Partnership Club (Educational Institutions, Language Schools, Leisure, and Culture); * SESC Partnership; * Physical Health Program – TotalPass; * Day Off – Healthcare Professionals; * Childcare Assistance (per internal policy).
