If you identify with this profile and are seeking a new professional challenge, please send us your resume! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in receiving and analyzing purchase requisitions. * Assist in obtaining quotations, negotiations, and commercial terms. * Assist in supplier administration, seeking better pricing and monitoring commercial policies. * Assist in issuing purchase orders according to company policy and confirming orders. * Monitor delivery schedules and assist in resolving potential pending issues. * Assist in identifying new suppliers. * Assist in evaluating inventory replenishment needs. * Assist in controlling incoming goods, organizing materials, and monitoring inventory levels. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Proficiency in Email. **Additional Information** * **Employment Type:** CLT (Monday to Friday \- 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM \- 1 hour and 30 minutes for lunch) **Benefits:** * Health Insurance \- Unimed * Dental Insurance \- Uniodonto * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance We are committed to delivering high-impact technological solutions to businesses, making them significantly more agile and competitive.
