




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing product procurement, from needs analysis and quotation to purchase order issuance and monitoring, ensuring stock replenishment. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of the procurement process 2. Monitoring of purchasing groups and identification of opportunities 3. Coordination of stock replenishment and product verification Verify product requirements based on the dashboard, considering sales and physical inventory. Obtain a minimum of three quotations per product and record them in the spreadsheet; only proceed with purchase after approval by the procurement manager. Issue purchase orders in the system, including all necessary information such as delivery deadlines and payment methods. Continuously monitor purchasing groups to identify opportunities, given the high product turnover rate. When inventory is not updated in the system, contact store managers to confirm product availability. Perform merchandise exchanges when necessary. Inspect received products, analyzing store inventory levels and sales volume to determine unit-level replenishment. Forward information to the procurement assistant for entering orders into the system.
