The ideal candidate will assist in procurement-related activities, from market research to supplier negotiations. Additionally, the selected professional will play a critical role in ensuring the supply of necessary materials and products for the company’s efficient operations. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Assist in market research to identify potential suppliers and compare product prices, delivery timelines, and quality. 2\. Support the preparation of cost reports and analyses to optimize the procurement process. 3\. Collaborate on negotiating contracts and payment terms with suppliers. 4\. Monitor the procurement workflow—from purchase order issuance to delivery—ensuring adherence to established deadlines. 5\. Maintain positive and proactive relationships with suppliers, seeking partnership opportunities and continuous improvement. 6\. Contribute to identifying opportunities for cost reduction and enhanced operational efficiency within the procurement department. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in procurement-related roles is considered an advantage. Intermediate proficiency in Excel and procurement management systems. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
