Responsible for requesting pickup and delivery information from the operations department and transportation agents; tracking cargo, informing customers about the status of their cargo, providing pickup and destination receipt information, and daily monitoring the spreadsheet of cargoes loaded the previous day. Responsible for supporting the issuance of shipping documentation.
