Analytical, organized, and proactive profile Main Responsibilities: Monitor work progress at the workshop and car wash station, and keep customers and consultants informed of any changes to delivery times; Responsible for updating the work progress control board according to daily changes; Monitor customer arrivals to identify delays or no-shows, analyzing any need for adjustments or rescheduling within the appointment schedule; Inform technicians and car wash staff of changes in service assignments to prevent delays and maintain service quality. Requirements: Completed high school education Analytical, organized, and proactive profile Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.722,57 \- R$2\.310,45 per month Work Location: On-site
