Junior Logistics Analyst

Description

We are seeking a Junior Logistics Analyst to work at our unit in Uberlândia. This professional will aim to ensure excellence in customer and carrier service, resolving incidents and providing information regarding order and delivery status. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and record incidents, investigating root causes with internal departments (picking, shipping, transportation); * Proactively provide feedback to customers and manage complaints, proposing effective solutions to ensure satisfaction; * Monitor delivery performance and SLA compliance; * Prepare customer service KPI reports and proactively prevent issues by identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements. **Requirements:** **Minimum (Mandatory):** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields; * Experience in customer service and logistics, preferably with carriers or e-commerce; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and ERP systems, and familiarity with logistics processes. **Desirable (Preferred):** * Experience handling high volumes of support tickets. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday (reduced Saturday shift) **What We Offer:** * Salary: R$ 3.300,00 * Medical and Dental Plans * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Gympass Compensation: starting from R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
