Job Summary: Oversees logistics processes including unloading, documentation, incident reporting, driver and customer support, monitoring and tracking, as well as fine control and goods storage. Control of fines, pallets, and goods storage Monitors logistics operational processes related to unloading, issuance of CT\-e, MDF\-e, and SM documents, incident registration, and provides support and service to drivers and customers, as well as monitoring and tracking. Controls fines, pallets, goods storage, telemetry report follow-up, and other duties inherent to the role for the development of transportation logistics operations.
