Integration with operational areas for supply management **JUNIOR SUPPLY ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Prior experience in the field; * Knowledge of tax-related matters; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; **Responsibilities:** * Plan materials for inventory and replenishment within the supply area. * Analyze and monitor demand for replacement items. * Generate daily purchase demand to supply the supply area. * Analyze replacement demand suggestions from the system, acting in accordance with the company's inventory policy; * Monitor the performance and results of material availability indicators. * Integrate with operational areas to obtain demand information and emergency events, minimizing stockouts of inventory items. * Daily communication with follow-up teams to prevent stockouts and implement contingency actions in case of delays; * Discontinue materials in coordination with the responsible department. * Conduct critical analysis and determine minimum and maximum inventory levels; * Analyze reorder points. * Record anomalies and stockouts. * Check material availability before issuing purchase requisitions to avoid unnecessary purchases.
