Job Summary: The Junior Buyer is responsible for controlling, replenishing, and negotiating inventories and services, developing suppliers, and conducting procurement follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for inventory control and replenishment 2. Supplier negotiation and development of new partners 3. End-to-end management of the procurement process through delivery Control and replenish inventories for assigned material groups according to responsibility matrices; Negotiate and replenish requests generated and approved in the system by TBL, BAL, BECONAL UOs and other affiliated entities, as per the responsibility matrix; Negotiate with service and goods suppliers assigned to you as per the responsibility matrix; Adhere to material replenishment deadlines according to lead time parameters registered in the system and internal customers' needs; Develop new suppliers for replenishment of assigned material groups; Interface with external suppliers and internal customers; Conduct follow-up on goods and services procurement until order delivery, which occurs upon material arrival at UOs, to meet internal customer requests; Maintain files and other documents organized for provision upon request; Register suppliers and materials; Perform daily report verifications whenever necessary; Comply with ISO procedures and standards; Guide assistants, if required; Perform related tasks. **Position:** Junior Buyer **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **Professional Area:** Procurement **Working Hours:** **Number of Positions:** 1 **Benefits:** R$ 150.00 Alelo card; 60% health insurance; Chartered transportation. **Requirements:** Completed high school and/or ongoing undergraduate studies (Administration, Accounting, or Engineering); Proficiency in Excel; Basic knowledge of maintenance parts and various administrative materials; Basic knowledge of warehouse tasks and routines; Strong negotiation skills.
