Job Summary: O Grande Moinho Cearense is seeking a professional to monitor purchase orders, support negotiations, prepare comparisons, update controls, and maintain contact with internal departments. Founded in 1959 and commencing operations in 1963 in Fortaleza/CE, it has since dedicated itself to producing high-quality flours. Its flagship brand is Dona Maria, widely recognized across the market. Our portfolio includes bakery flours in 50kg and 25kg packages, premixes, whole-wheat flour, and powdered baking enhancers. We also offer product lines for food service (5kg packages) and domestic use — traditional flour, flour with yeast, and pizza flour — all in 1kg packages. For the agricultural segment, we provide wheat bran and wheat middlings, important components in animal nutrition. GMC operates facilities in the North and Northeast regions, covering the states of AM, PA, PI, PE, and BA, and serves all other states via direct distribution from our Fortaleza facility. **Job Responsibilities** \- Monitor purchase orders, verifying compliance with delivery deadlines; \- Support negotiations and procurement processes for materials and services; \- Prepare low-complexity commercial proposal comparisons; \- Update procurement control spreadsheets, reports, and KPIs; \- Maintain contact with internal departments to align requirements and track requests; \- Execute low-value purchase orders following predefined procedures with prior validation. **Requirements** \- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration or related fields Compensation: R$1\.620,00 \- R$1\.630,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
