Job Summary: A company is seeking a Procurement Finance Analyst to manage accounts, cash flow, and the entire procurement cycle, with a focus on efficiency and process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliation. 2. Calculate project-specific costs and prepare profitability reports. 3. Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from quotation to receipt. The company seeks a Procurement Finance Analyst based in Mairiporã. **Responsibilities:** Perform full management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring organization and control over financial obligations. Conduct daily bank reconciliations and support monthly financial closings. Calculate project-specific costs and prepare profitability reports to support strategic analysis. Manage cash flow, monitoring payments via PIX, credit card, and other payment methods. Execute the entire procurement cycle—from supplier quotation and negotiation through to goods receipt and invoice verification. Implement and improve financial and procurement processes to enhance efficiency and control. Prior experience as a Procurement Specialist, Supply Chain Analyst, Procurement and Contracts Analyst, or Procurement Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
