Leverage networking to identify new technologies and innovations. ### **We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team!** **Job Mission:** Lead the company's strategic procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, analyze proposals, and seek the best balance among cost, quality, and delivery time. **Salary:** R$ 4.190,80 + benefits **Work Schedule:** 5x2 **Working Hours:** 09:00 to 18:00 **Work Location:** Vtal CENU (Av. das Nações Unidas, 12901) **Responsibilities:** * Conduct all medium-complexity procurement and contracting activities for marketing, facilities, services, consulting, and technology scopes, focusing on business results while ensuring budget compliance, quality, and deadlines aligned with market and company best practices; * Prepare and issue RFPs (Request for Proposals); * Analyze, negotiate, and harmonize commercial proposals; * Resolve issues, manage risks, support solution implementation, and forecast expenses and savings; * Develop comparative analysis charts and business cases to support decision-making; * Prepare executive summaries for presentation and defense of processes; * Participate in meetings with internal clients and suppliers to define the optimal contracting strategy; * Leverage market networking to identify new technologies and innovations. **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement and contract management; * Advanced Excel, Intermediate PowerPoint; * Market analysis and supplier management skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of SAP Hana and Coupa; * Strategic sourcing, TCO, and finance knowledge preferred; * English and Spanish proficiency. **Our Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance – IFood Benefits * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance fully covered by the company * Total Pass * Discount club * Birthday day off **If you have an analytical profile, are organized, and enjoy working in dynamic and collaborative environments, this opportunity may be ideal for you!** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
