**Job Description:**
The primary objective of this position is to perform multiple financial, analytical, and control activities to support Brazil's Cost Accounting processes. This role will collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Finance team and other strategic stakeholders to drive improvements and process simplification.
This position will support current Cost Accounting activities, new product setup (e.g., materials, cost collectors, etc.), as well as periodic variance analyses, cost structure analysis, benchmarking, and reconciliations.
What are we looking for?
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting;
* Prior experience in Supply Finance / cost-related areas is considered a plus;
* Proficiency in the following tools: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Power BI;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Solid organizational skills and high attention to detail;
* Ability to work effectively in a flexible and constantly changing environment, manage multiple tasks and priorities, and perform well under pressure.
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Responsible for supporting Prime, LCC, and MCC accounting, providing explanations and insights to the Guararema, Mogi Mirim, Recife, and Ponta Grossa plants;
* Responsible for performing Product Costing for the plants, including master data interfaces from ERP/SAP to the BI system for the MW and PetCare segments;
* Perform system reconciliations between Financial BI and SAP;
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance policies at the site;
* Generate and share insights that promote efficiency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence to support the Supply Chain organization;
* Support the Supply Finance team in understanding local COGS costs, allocations, variances, and accruals.
