Description

We are looking for a **Buyer** to join our procurement team and ensure efficient execution of departmental activities. The professional will be responsible for strategic procurement processes, supplier management, and optimization of procurement operations, with the following responsibilities: * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers to reduce costs and secure better commercial terms. * Address requests related to their area of responsibility, assess priorities, and perform tasks within the pre-established average time frame. * Ensure the quality of purchased items through supplier qualification and monitoring. * Develop contracts and partnerships under the guidance of their immediate supervisor, as well as identify alternative sources and register new suppliers for future inquiries and quotations, aiming to optimize company results. * Perform follow-up on purchase orders and procured materials to guarantee item availability according to agreed quality standards, delivery deadlines, and other conditions. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in procurement/supply chain. * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance analysis. * Knowledge of and/or experience with TOTVS Protheus system. * Knowledge of and/or experience with import processes, international procurement, and customs procedures. **Inclusion:** * This position is affirmative for persons with disabilities (PCD).
